Second....We usually signify the first day of the year as our opportunity to start the year anew, however I find that you can start your life anew any day and why not on Valentine's day! So for today no matter what, Relax, Relate, and Release whatever has been on your mind, body or soul. As ladies we must renew ourselves daily and today is the day to really start becoming the lady that you are and have always wanted to be. Change is a scary notion but it is necessary and it isn't all about change it's about evolving . So gear up and get ready change is acomin' !
